What are CPD points?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the process of ongoing learning professionals must undertake to maintain and broaden their knowledge to remain up to date in their field. CPD points are awarded according to criteria set by the NSW Government.
Why do NSW Building contractors require CPD points?
Building contractors are required to obtain 12 CPD points every year to maintain their contractor licence. Building Commission NSW conduct periodic audits on licensed contractors to ensure CPD points are up to date.
