We’re licensed builders, just like you.
Every year we need to obtain CPD points to renew our NSW contractor licences. Between running jobs, managing trades, dealing with clients and spending time with family, finding practical and affordable CPD hasn’t always been easy.
We’ve sat through training and read courses that felt irrelevant, overcomplicated or disconnected from real building.
So we decided to create something better.
Boss Builder CPD was born to provide straightforward, relevant and affordable CPD courses designed specifically for working builders — by people who know the industry.
Who we are
We’re builders working in the NSW construction industry. We deal with the same pressures you do — tight programs, rising costs, compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
We work within the National Construction Code, WHS Regulations, Australian Standards and local council requirements every day. We understand how important it is to stay current — not just for licensing, but for running a successful business.
We’re not a large corporate training company. We’re builders who care about practical, useful education.
What we deliver
Our CPD courses focus on the topics that matter to NSW builders. We aim to deliver clear, concise content that supports you in meeting your CPD requirements and staying up to date with industry requirements.
Courses are developed with reference to guidance issued by Building Commission NSW. As with all CPD activities, licence holders are responsible for ensuring their completed training meets current regulatory requirements. We encourage builders to check Service NSW for the latest updates.
